RiskAware’s automated system features assist clients with:
- Scheduling – Optimize candidate experience with easy, online and phone-based tools for scheduling candidate drug testing. Clients use system tools to customize Drug Screen parameters, including cutoff times, then choose collection sites and dates. Candidates receive an email/text confirming Drug Screen appointment. Client may direct applicant to use the system to set up their own appointment within cut off times.
- Choose Collection Sites – Select from 8,000 online local collection sites to establish an appointment
- Optimized Paperless Chain of Custody – RiskAware’s system will automatically track Chain of Custody events online (excludes some providers and regulated industries requiring paper forms).
- Results Reporting – Drug testing reports are provided in an easy-to-read format and are delivered via fax, e-mail, or over the Internet through our web-based information management system.
