  Customize your system in alignment with your organization needs and objectives.

  RiskAware gives clients the ability to customize and administrate system settings in alignment with your organization needs and objectives. We do this from the Client Dashboard by selecting the “My Account” Tab.

  • There are Profile Settings directing how the tool communicates with you, as well as administrative control over how the tool communicates with other users. These System Owner/Administrator settings allow you to control who sees what, and who has permission to enter and view reports.
  • By setting up the hierarchies for users in the department, you can align your process to your teams responsibility levels. For example If your company has multiple locations or branches, you can give a user at a higher level, permissions to view reports ordered by branches or other users, but limit those users to only the ability to see their own branch’s work.
  • There are reporting features that allow you to quickly look at price, overall spend, or activity per a given period. Using this information, you can select the type of billing that is most appropriate for your organization.

• Report Management

  RiskAware makes managing your background check orders and reports more productive and simple by automating and tracking your results.

  • From your client dashboard you can access your reports by clicking on the “Reports Management” Tab
  • Applicant activity is listed by the following categories: In Progress, Completed, Needs Attention, Discrepancy, or Archived
  • From here, you can see the names of all applicants in the category and a summary of RiskAware’s progress in completing the report. The status bar is updated in real time, so you can check online any time for changes.
  • Icon notifiers next to candidates name communicate something specific to you about the Search and give you direction on unopened searches, messages from the investigator, or discrepancies that need your attention.
  • You can view the whole completed report, or look specifically at each individual report search such as those flagged for your attention because of a discrepancy such as a found record.
  • Completed reports are stored on the system and can be easily printed or archived.
  • RiskAware’s Report Management screens provide real time communications on the status of your applicants background checks improving your turnaround and workflow efficiency so you can make better decisions, faster.

• Order a Report

  Access RiskAware’s easy to use, fast, and reliable background check system from riskaware.com and logging in to your account to reach your Dashboard.

  • From the Dashboard, ordering a Background Check Report is quick and simple. From your Home Page, select the “Order Reports” Tab
    The system will direct you to enter all the applicant information needed to process a Background Check.
  • If you miss a key detail of information the system will automatically indicate that – which saves time and unneeded follow ups!
  • After you have entered your candidate’s info, you can select from your customized Packages that have been pre-entered by your RiskAware Account Team, or you can pick from one or more individual Search selections- even forming your own new package type!
  • Using RiskAware’s custom stored search packages by selecting them from a stored menu saves you time processing background checks!
